    Over the years I have had extensive education including achieving several designations and certifications, including  the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Divorce Specialist Certification (DSC), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Residential Construction Certified (RCC), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and e-PRO certification.  Only four percent of REALTORS have the prestigious CRS designation, so coupling this with all the others, puts me in the top one percent of REALTORS educationally. As a valuable bonus, I have specialized training in electromagnetic field (emf) and radio frequency (rf) detection and analysis, of which potential health effects are of concern to more people all the time.


    Because of having many designations, I am affiliated with various networks around the country, so even if you are looking to buy or sell somewhere far away, I can connect you with an expert agent in the area you are looking, based on their credentials, without a cost to you. I interview the agent to see if it is a good fit for you, which saves you from looking online where often the agents that look good are paying money to be there or being steered by agents to other agents within a certain brand.

    I grew up on a small farm just outside of Monticello, graduated from Monticello High School in 1988, earned a degree in engineering from LeTourneau University in 1993 and developed and tested software for several years. After getting my real estate license in 2003, I became a member of and have enjoyed supporting and being involved in the Monticello Chamber of Commerce and volunteering with various groups. Since every person is different, my favorite part of selling real estate is getting to work with all sorts of different people, and selling all sorts of different real estate– whether it is a luxury home, starter home, cabin, waterfront property, lot to build your dream home or working through subdividing acreage into lots.
